Your club and athlete membership's will give you access to your club's premium content, perks and discounts. Each club and athlete gives you bespoke benefits - you can take a look at what they offer by visiting their Lokkaroom homepage.

The majority of your membership fee goes directly to supporting your club, with a small percentage going to Lokkaroom for servicing and maintenance.

Your membership number and QR code can be found in your Wallet. Under 'My memberships' find the club or athlete Lokkaroom you want to find your details for and click 'Manage'.

This is decided by your individual club; however the price of the membership should reflect the quality and quantity of content, perks and discounts your receive.

Your delivery details (and live tracking links) can be found in your shipping email.

Your purchase history can be found in your Lokkaroom Wallet.

Lokkaroom uses a range of different third-party suppliers to deliver our wide product range. If you wish to return an item, please contact the supplier. If this is impossible, please contact our team here.

All of our store products are fulfilled by third-parties, and therefore – the delivery charges are dependent based on the supplier's policy and the nation you want your items delivered to.

Yes, apart from a small transaction fee, everything you pay for your club's merchandise goes towards supporting your club.

At login, click "forgotten password". You'll then be sent an email with a link to reset your password.

You can set and change your Lokkaroom username via your Profile. If you're on a laptop, click on the PROFILE icon in the main menu, top-right. If you're on your mobile, click on the burger menu and scroll down to MY PROFILE From your Profile, go to 'My Profile Details' and then, 'Additional details' - you can update your username from here.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any point by heading to your Wallet. Under 'My Memberships' select the club or athlete membership you wish to cancel, click 'Manage' > 'Manage Membership' then select 'Membership Settings'.

The booking fee covers the cost of our payment processing costs to ensure that your transaction is safe, with the remainder supporting Lokkaroom to help improve your fan experience.

You can find your Lokkaroom tickets in My Account > My Tickets. From here, you can show your ticket on your mobile, or chose to download it. A link to your tickets will also be emailed to you. Once the event is finished, your ticket continues to be stored in your account, showcasing your super-fandom to the world and who knows, maybe one day will help you unlock exclusive rewards and prizes... stay tuned on that. If you can't find your ticket, please contact our team here.

Even details can be found on the event page in Lokkaroom until ticket sales end. If you've purchased a ticket for an event, your name and all event details will be visible on the ticket.

You're livestream link will be accessible via your wallet or email confirmation.

Refunds will depend on the club or athlete you have purchased your ticket to see and on the circumstances leading your request for a refund. We may offer a refund in extenuating circumstances. If you'd like to apply for a refund, please contact our team here.
