What does my membership give me?

Your club and athlete membership's will give you access to your club's premium content, perks and discounts. Each club and athlete gives you bespoke benefits - you can take a look at what they offer by visiting their Lokkaroom homepage.
Where does my membership fee go?

The majority of your membership fee goes directly to supporting your club, with a small percentage going to Lokkaroom for servicing and maintenance.
How do i access my membership number?

Your membership number and QR code can be found in your Wallet. Under 'My memberships' find the club or athlete Lokkaroom you want to find your details for and click 'Manage'.
How much does a membership cost?

This is decided by your individual club; however the price of the membership should reflect the quality and quantity of content, perks and discounts your receive.
What's the booking fee for?

The booking fee covers the cost of our payment processing costs to ensure that your transaction is safe, with the remainder supporting Lokkaroom to help improve your fan experience.
Where can i access my Lokkaroom tickets?

You can find your Lokkaroom tickets in My Account > My Tickets. From here, you can show your ticket on your mobile, or chose to download it. A link to your tickets will also be emailed to you. Once the event is finished, your ticket continues to be stored in your account, showcasing your super-fandom to the world and who knows, maybe one day will help you unlock exclusive rewards and prizes... stay tuned on that. I've bought a ticket - how do i see the event details?

Event details can be found on the event page in Lokkaroom until ticket sales end. If you've purchased a ticket for an event, your name and all event details will be visible on the ticket.
I've bought a ticket - how do I access my livestream?

You're livestream link will be accessible via your wallet or email confirmation.
Can i get a refund on my ticket?

Refunds will depend on the club or athlete you have purchased your ticket to see and on the circumstances leading your request for a refund. We may offer a refund in extenuating circumstances. If you'd like to apply for a refund, please contact our team here.
